Another cracking day at Roland Garros is at an end - and that is left for the Parisians is to celebrate PSG's Champions League success!

Earlier, British number one Jack Draper outclassed rising star Joao Fonseca in the fourth round.

Cameron Norrie came out on top in the all-British battle with Jacob Fearnley and will face Novak Djokovic, who we've just seen beat Filip Misolic in straight sets, in the next round.

Meanwhile, top seed Jannik Sinner dropped only three games in a ruthless win over Jiri Lehecka.

And there was a nice moment earlier when Mirra Andreeva thanked a fan for gifting her a "lucky charm" before her French Open third-round victory against Yulia Putintseva.

Sixth seed Novak Djokovic, speaking via an interpreter, after beating Filip Misolic: "First match for me on the night session. Obviously different, I spent all day with anticipation.

"I the last time I was playing here at night, the one that finished at 3am – I was hoping this one wouldn’t finish at 3am.

"I was solid during the big moments in all three sets. Filip had nothing to lose, he’s a good friend, we trained together. I’m really happy for him, I’m glad he played so well tonight. He deserves another round of applause.

"I’m just hoping to carry on. Every time I step onto this court I’m playing for history. It’s incredible, this sport that has given me everything in my life. I want to give back the love I experience when I’m playing."

A reminder that victory for Novak Djokovic means he will play Britain's Cameron Norrie in the next round.

Novak Djokovic pummels away with a succession of forehands before a misjudgement sees him let a forehand from Filip Misolic go... only for the ball to land comfortably inside the baseline.

What should have been 40-15 is suddenly 30-30. Is this Misolic's chance?

Not this time... A 27-shot rally follows but it's the Austrian who drags the ball wide. Djokovic isn't happy either and the umpire asks for quiet from the crowd during points.

Some of that noise is fireworks going off to celebrate Paris St-Germain's Champions League success, though, so there's not much that can be done about that!

Filip Misolic has shown all evening that he is not just going to roll over - even with the situation looking bleak.

He continues to play his shots with real conviction and holds to love.

A fun rally sees both players end up at the net but it's Djokovic who comes out on top, reading Filip Misolic's drop shot and then executing a fine lob.

Misolic nails a forehand winner to save one break point but Djokovic won't be denied, takes the second and breaks at the first opportunity in this third set.

We've just seen pictures of the Eiffel Tower being lit up in the blue and red of Paris St-Germain.

They've gone early there because while, like Novak Djokovic here, they're in a very good position, it's not won yet.

The Serb quickly moves up 0-30 on the Filip Misolic serve to start the third set. Perhaps he wants to catch the end of that Champions League final...

There it is as Novak Djokovic gets the better of a short rally.

The Serb sixth seed lets out another roar and pumps his fist towards the crowd.

He's one set away from the fourth round at Roland Garros.

Novak Djokovic has to wait for the crowd to quieten before he serves and edges ahead in the game as he watches a Filip Misolic shot loop over the baseline.

A forehand winner down the line from Djokovic brings oohs from the crowd but Misolic fights back to 30-30.

Filip Misolic is serving to stay in the second set and that forehand winner is just what he needs.

Two quick points open up a 40-0 lead before an ace seals the game.

That went as smoothly as Misolic could have hoped but now he must break Novak Djokovic to stay in the set.

With Filip Misolic pushing again at 30-30, Djokovic finds an angle with the forehand that just did not look on.

Misolic can only applaud before Djokovic goes on to hold and move to within a game of a two-set lead.

Ever since Filip Misolic brought up that break point a couple of games back, Novak Djokovic has upped his game.

The Serb reaches a drop shot and whips it cross-court to bring up two break points.

He can't convert either, though, and Misolic holds to ensure it stays at just a one break difference in the set.
