James Maddison is just a very good footballer. He's just always looking to get on the ball. He's been great for Leicester, he's got a very bright future ahead of him. He just needs to be more consistent with his goal contribution.

It's 20 years since Sheffield Wednesday graced the Premier League stage but the Owls get to host football royalty as Manchester City play their first game since securing a sixth major trophy since Pep Guardiola took charge in 2016.

WIn at Hillsborough and City - who clinched the Carabao Cup on Sunday - will be two games from another final.

CIty have not lost an FA Cup tie since Wigan - then in League One - beat them in February 2018. They have won eight straight games in the competition since then. Will they make it nine on the bounce?

Speaking of 1993 they just showed a clip of Paul Warhurst firing shots thorugh a car tyre that I vividly watching on Football Focus back in 1993.

Couldn't tell you what I had for dinner yesterday but that. A mine of useless info.

Pep Guardiola hasn't got a bad team there. That's what is so good about Manchester City. They are going from strength to strength. It is great to see a manager taking the competition seriously.

Sheffield Wednesday v Manchester City (19:45 GMT)

We're now live on BBC One and on the top of the page.

  7. 'Jesus on the left">Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers to BBC Sport on their shaky form: "We always have confidence. Every team has a bad period in the season so it’s normal. We have an honest group of players who have been superb in my time here.

"You can see from our performance levels how much Wilfried Ndidi has been missed. He has been a huge part in how we play. He won’t play the 90 minutes - hopefully a good hour.

"I saw Birmingham earlier in the season at Sheffield Wednesday and they played a little bit more football then. They’re more direct now and play off the striker.

"Every team in the Championship is good at set pieces. We have to be ready for that. But we have to play out game. This is a Midlands derby and a game we want to win and get through."
