Really pleased for the three points and to climb into qualification for the Champions League for next season, that will be so tough.
"Much better. Maybe not our best but closer with the consistency we have in our game. Most of them didn't happen in the previous games that we won.
"With the way we went without the ball, you cannot play in the short spaces. Everyone with the ball was clever, quicker, faster. Everyone is related. You cannot be quick, wise and good if you are not connected defensively.
"Ipswich beat Chelsea here, they won at Spurs away. They are a good team and Liam [Delap] is a fantastic striker. The players saw what we are and that is the best thing."
On his players: "They play good, they know exactly. They know the standards and they know what they have done in the past. it's not about winning or losing. You have to enjoy it.
"It doesn't matter if you are a professional or an amateur. You can be in the best theatre in London or a theatre in Sheffield and the ones in Sheffield will love it and come back smiling."

"We are building momentum, keeping players fit is important. I put it down to people being in better shape and the team is bonding better.
"When we score we are not rushing it. We are keeping possession and build-up play was important today."
On scoring six in the last six Premier League games: "I learned everything from it [poor form].
"It is good to see me back scoring goals with a smile on my face and enjoying football. I want to keep going and adding to that. You never know what can happen. The aim is to stay in the top four."

Image source, Getty ImagesThroughout Manchester City's dreadful run of form in November and December there was always a feeling that a performance like City of old would just be around the corner.
It has perhaps taken longer than expected to come but this was very much a display to remind observers of just how brilliant City have been in recent years.
Ipswich were a distant second best as City's players dominated from start to finish, with their ing and movement crisp and their finishing deadly.
The goals are now back flowing for Pep Guardiola's team as they have now scored 14 in their last four games, conceding just three.
The title is very likely still out of Manchester City's reach as they trail Liverpool by 12 points but they are very much in the hunt for a top-four finish, while this was the ideal result to prepare for their Champions League tie with Paris St-Germain on Wednesday.

After a couple of encouraging games, Ipswich's home defeat by Brighton on Thursday was a disappointing result and performance.
Manchester City did not get the win they wanted either, slipping up late on at Brentford just when people were thinking they were back in a bit of form.
Still, Erling Haaland's new contract is great news for City and will give their fans a bit of a lift in what has been a difficult season. I would not be surprised if he celebrates it with a goal or two.
Ipswich can make it difficult for them - especially Liam Delap, who is facing his old club. I think Delap will score, but City will win.

It's the most points City have dropped when leading in a single campaign since 2008-09 (20).

Image source, Getty ImagesErling Haaland is unquestionably a phenomenon, the Leeds-born Norwegian could have been firing England to international glory alongside Harry Kane - if he was to choose to play for his country of birth.
Instead, he chose to play for Norway and the 24-year-old, who drinks raw milk, eats cow's liver and heart, enjoys fishing and playing video games in his spare time, has taken the Premier League by storm - and that is understating it.
The 6ft 4in striker is currently on track to beat Alan Shearer's all time Premier League goalscoring record with four years left of his 10 year contract.
He needs 106 goals to overtake Sergio Aguero and become City's Premier League all-time top scorer, while he only needs another five hat-tricks to overtake the Argentine and become the player with the most trebles in the league's history.
Haaland has followed his own advice and "stayed humble" in his time at the club so far, but what records has he achieved since he made his Premier League debut at London Stadium in 2022?

Image source, Getty ImagesIpswich have the belief to do something that "nobody will think we can do" against Manchester City, says boss Kieran McKenna.
When the two side first met in August, the newly promoted Tractor Boys took a surprise early lead, before Erling Haaland and Kevin de Bruyne turned it around for a 4-1 home win.
"One of biggest takeaways from [the defeat] was that we weren't able to handle negative momentum away from home," McKenna said.
"Their first goal came from our mistake really - they took the game away from us really quickly and we weren't able to deal with that. We have improved in that aspect of the game, particularly in tough games away from home.
"We have learned to manage negative momentum better than that day."
McKenna's side are facing a different City team to that match, with Guardiola's side sitting sixth in the table having seen their form plummet in November and December.
Despite the defending Premier League champions' inconsistency, McKenna does not feel his team need to change their approach.
"We need to go in with humility, respect the opponent, have belief in ourselves to go and do something nobody will think we can do. We want to make it a really competitive game and to get a result.
"We respect the opponent, everything they have done the past few seasons. They are still a top, top team. We will prepare for that as best as possible but need to find a way of competing and make it as difficult a game for them as possible.
"We have Liverpool and Manchester City in the next two games, we have to enjoy that challenge, we have to go into it with a positive mindset."
The Ipswich boss also confirmed that new g Jaden Philogene will be in the squad, but they will have to "wait and see" how many minutes he can play.
