    Bunting 4-5 Price

The equation for Stephen Bunting from here is simple. Three legs won in a row and he has a first Premier League win of the season.

Drop a leg and it's another defeat.

Left on 170, the Bullet reels in the big fish! He's not out of it just yet.

Relief and delight on his face and the crowd absolutely love it.

Just when Gerwyn Price looks to have a moment of control, a 180 from Stephen Bunting shows a reminder of how close this match has been.

The Bullet backs that up with yet another maximum to leave 48 as Price cannot see off 164.

16, 16 and a miss on double eight from Bunting is a lifeline.

Price takes out double 20 in one dart. A huge "come on" this time.

He knows he's taken advantage where he probably should not have done there.

On his throw, Stephen Bunting has a 160 chance but it does not start.

Gerwyn Price needs 76 for another break. Treble 20, double eight.

"Booyah" is the scream from the Iceman this time.

Gerwyn Price responds with a 180 of his own. Excellent scoring.

Gerwyn Price has suddenly come to life.

The finish on double five got a roar, that got nothing. He's trying to get into business mode.

  8. Price breaks Bunting with a 141 finishpublished at 20:30 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March

    Bunting 2-3 Price

Better from Gerwyn Price. After a bounce out, he responds by going 180, 140 to get down to a finish.

Price gets six darts at 141. Treble 19, treble 20, double 12. He only needed three.

The one checkout where he has every right to let out a roar, he leaves it alone.

Against the darts, Stephen Bunting starts with a 177, but hopes of a nine-darter end at the start of his next visit.

Gerwyn Price strings together a series of solid visits for six darts at a 164 out.

Price's second visit has just 75 left, but a very low dart at double 20 brings Bunting back on 80.

The Bullet can only find a hat-trick of 20s and Price levels up with his second attempt on double five. He pauses, smirks and shouts "come on" again, knowing it would annoy a few in the crowd.

  11. Bunting leads over Price after hold of throwpublished at 20:26 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March

    Bunting 2-1 Price

Stepehen Bunting leaps into a 140, where he seemed to put his all into those three darts, set up a visit of 80 for the lead.

Treble 20, single 10, double five.

    A hold for The Bullet.

  12. Bunting breaks Price to matchpublished at 20:24 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March

    Bunting 1-1 Price

Chants of "there's only one Stephen Bunting" are appreciated by The Bullet, who gives a thumbs up to the crowd in response.

A first 180 of the match comes from him to set up a 121 out.

Bunting takes 81 of it out, but will come back for the other 40 after an unplanned five from Gerwyn Price.

Needing double 20, Bunting goes for the unorthodox double one, double 19 route. It still works though for a break of throw.

  13. Price breaks Bunting in first legpublished at 20:22 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March

    Bunting 0-1 Price

A 140 from both Gerwyn Price and Stephen Bunting help to set the tone in this match and they get down to finishes.

Price can't get 121 to go and Bunting is also unsuccessful at 96.

Back for 56, Price takes his second attempt at double 20 for the leg and he lets out a huge "come on" to get himself in the zone.

A rare fact for you, these two played on Wednesday at the Players Championship in Leicester where Bunting was an 8-4 winner.

Bunting, as he always does, gets the crowd going with his routine singalong of "Titanium". He loves it, so do the crowd. In fairness, who doesn't?

Three weeks ago, Price had a night win in Dublin and is the only player whose name doesn't start with Luke to pick up a Premier League night win this season.

Bunting to throw first, game on!

  15. 'Stephen is playing really well'published at 20:18 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March

Gerwyn Price talking to Sky Sports: "I'm playing well and I'm enjoying it that is all that matters. Sometimes the results don't happen. Stephen played brilliant at the weekend and beat me but then lost in the next round - that is what seems to be happening at the moment.

"Stephen is playing really well and he's had some bad luck. If I'm off my game I'm sure Stephen will grasp it."

  16. 'Price is a formidable opponent'published at 20:17 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March

Stephen Bunting talking to Sky Sports: "It seems they [the other players] are all out to throw a bit of hate on me! I'm in the Premier League, I need to accept that and I need to find those levels to compete with them.

"He [Gerwyn Price] is a formidable opponent to be honest. We've had some great games in the past. What has gone before doesn't really matter, it is about the here and now."

Stephen Bunting will look to turn around his so far disappointing campaign against Gerwyn Price in the next quarter-final.

Bunting, in his first full Premier League campaign since 2015, has lost all of his matches so far and sits rock bottom of the table on zero points.

Price started night six fifth in the table and on seven points from five weeks, five of which came in his night win in Dublin three weeks ago.

Of the past 13 meetings between the two men, Price has won eight but Bunting has picked up victories in each of the last three.

Stephen Bunting needs to get a nightly win somewhere to get back into it.

He is playing OK but he's barely getting any darts a double.

He's only had 39 darts at a double.

Bunting isn't scoring enough, everyone thinks he is playing OK at an average of 95 but he isn't scoring enough.

  19. Cross' near-perfect finishingpublished at 20:12 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March

    Result: Cross 6-2 Dobey

That display was about all finishing for Rob Cross, who was clinical in taking legs.

With only a slightly higher three-dart average than Chris Dobey, Voltage fired in six of his seven attempts at a double.

Dobey missed five of his seven darts at doubles and took unnecessary risks with two double-double attempts that never got going.

A sixth Premier League defeat on the spin.

A really gutsy showing from Rob Cross, he's put pressure on Chris Dobey at the right times, pounced on mistakes and finished superbly.

Voltage's 100 gets him down to a 130 out for a break and the match but a trebleless visit keeps Dobey in.

On 100, Dobey finds double 20 but goes both sides of the double 20.

Back on 72, Cross takes the leg with his one shot at double 18 for a convincing 6-2 win and a semi-final with Luke Littler.
