June 2025 Update | Supernatural Summer Art Challenge

June's CBBC Creative Lab is our 👽 ALIENS OF RENDLESHAM 🪐 update, the first of three Supernatural Summer Art Challenge updates!

The art challenges this month are:

  • 🛸 Draw a UFO

  • 👽 Make an alien

  • 🪐 Build your solar system

  • 🦖 Go Get Arty: Give this T-Rex a hat

  • 🦙 Go Get Arty: Finish this alpaca

  • ✏️ Finish the doodle

The next update will be coming out July 2025! You voted for what you wanted have in the Supernatural Summer Art Challenge and the results are in, this summer CBBC Creative Lab's updates will be:

  • June: 👽 Aliens of Rendlesham, Suffolk

  • July: 🧚 Fairies of Betws-y-Coed, Wales

  • August: 🐴 Each Uisce of Bangor, Northern Ireland

Go Get Arty is in CBBC Creative Lab!

Go Get Arty - a brand-new show bursting with colour, creativity and comedy - is coming soon to CBBC and BBC iPlayer!

the brilliant Kwapong family (and their cheeky talking paintbrush pal, Bristles, voiced by Harry Hill!) as they take on hilarious art challenges, from building pirate ships to dressing Mum and Dad up like famous paintings.

They’ll visit The National Gallery for inspiration, and even invite celebrities to lead drawalongs you can in with at home.

This month in CBBC Creative Lab, you can try out two Go Get Arty challenges for yourself:

  • 🦙 Finish the awesome weight-lifting alpaca drawing started by Gladiator, Dynamite (Emily Steel)

  • 🦖 Give comedian Romesh Ranganathan’s dinosaur a cool hat - top off his sketch with your own flair!

Go Get Arty is your new favourite show about making, laughing and learning through art.

What is CBBC Creative Lab?

CBBC Creative Lab is the coolest children’s art game on the internet! It’s a regularly updated digital art tool filled with stickers, colouring in, pixel paintings and memes from all your favourite CBBC shows.

What can I do in CBBC Creative Lab?

  • in with art challenges (which could be shown on TV!).

  • Mash-up your favourite shows and stars with hundreds of stickers.
