Pontypridd United sealed an immediate return to the Genero Adran Premier with a 3-2 come-from-behind victory against Connah's Quay Nomads in the promotion play-off final at Latham Park in Newtown.

Polly Wild-McGregor put the Genero Adran North champions ahead before Poppy Kendrick-Jones doubled Nomads' lead before half-time.

Shannon Hindmarsh pulled a goal back for Ponty soon after the restart, heading in from a corner, but it took until 10 minutes from time for Nicole Fenton to find an equaliser.

Just a minute later the comeback was complete when Quianna Wheeler converted Emily Poole's cross to send Ponty back to the top flight after just a season's absence, replacing Cardiff Met who have been relegated.
