The death of a man who fell from the upper floors of a high-rise Birmingham landmark is not being treated as suspicious, police said.

Officers were called to The Cube on Wharfside Street at 18:30 BST on Saturday.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said the man's family were aware and being ed by officers.

Residents in the building's 240 flats have been allowed to go back to their homes and access to commercial venues was fully restored, the force confirmed.

Venues in the £100m development were temporarily closed while emergency services carried out investigations.

A police spokesperson asked for "privacy and understanding" as inquiries continued.
